Grommiskalt is one of the three rulers of the fey city of Nithveil: one of those who sits on the Moonlit Thrones. Grommiskalt is responsible for access to knowledge and wonders for visitors to the city, and speaks directly to some of these visitors. He is considered the creator of the huldra.1
