The hallow spell has multiple effects:[1]
- Warding the area as a magic circle against evil
- Improves the efficiency of a cleric's channeling of positive energy and impedes that of negative energy
- Bodies interred in the area cannot be turned
- One additional spell can be affixed to the area, lasting for one year.
