Hrugor Gurstweld is a hill giant in Mana Wastes. He has united a band of mutated followers and led them in commandeering an abandoned dwarven factory. The band claimed untold numbers of firearms and explosives that they hardly understand, and they use them in their raids. It is said that Hrugor wields a cannon.
