Implacable stalkers are murderous predators who revel in hunting down and brutally murdering people. Most implacable stalkers are covered in scars and exude an aura of menace. They possess numerous special powers drawn from their victims' terror, including sensing their fear, appearing right next to them, and coming back after death from the psychic imprint on the minds of those that saw their death.
