Iome Paemadar is a fiercely loyal lieutenant of Arronax Endymion, the ruler of the island known as Devil's Arches in Shackles. Paemadar is the overseer of the inland fortress town of Tyvas-Devas. The black-clad summoner and her fearsome eidolon are known to walk the streets at night, making certain that everything is ready for her beloved admiral.
