Ion tape

Ion tape is a versatile 50-foot roll of thin ribboned material that fuses into a strong mass of plastic material when jolted with electricity. Exposing the mass to electricity again undoes the effect. A standard strip of ion tape can hold 5 pounds, while a charged strip can hold up to 300 pounds.¹
