Jitsy Kaldroon a.k.a. "Auntie Jitsy" runs Kaldroon's Smokehouse in the Absalomian town of Diobel. She tolerates no misbehaviour and is part of a big, loyal and hard-working family (among the oldest in Diobel) who farm oysters and dive for pearls—the family's reputation precludes them being trifled with.1
