Hoag's Rickets and Rumples
Hoag's Rickets and Rumples is a posh, white, three-story, gaming house and inn in central Diobel that features spicy food, live bardic performances, and contests of skill and athletics. Run by the halfling Filian Hoag, the establishment is named after its most popular games: Rickets, a high-risk, fast dice game, and Rumples, a card folding game.1
