K'zaard the Drover

As of 4724 AR, Chief K'zaard the Drover was the leader of the Cleft Head tribe in the Hold of Belkzen.¹²

Background

Nominally aligned with the Great Chief Grask Uldeth as of 4715 AR, the Cleft Head had recently relocated their winter camps to the hills north of Freedom Town to extort that town's ruling council.¹² They claimed a dilapidated fortress north of town, and over time strengthened its defenses and renamed it Splitskull Keep.²
