Kaala Raingold styles herself 'Queen Kaala of the Veil' after a mysterious, religious experience associated with Calistria and the Obelisk of Wonders on the Shackles' island of Kepre Dua. She now rules that island after founding there the elven port of Alendruan Harbor in around 4622 AR.1
