Keela Macrosh is Captain Julit Freson's second-in-command in the Varisian town of Roderic's Cove, though Keela was originally a bandit. After investigating reports of raids in the Churlwood, Captain Freson captured Keela and locked her up in the guardhouse's jail cell.
