Khismar Crookchar is a gnome alchemist living in the city of Starfall in Numeria who is a former member of the Technic League. He now has a working relationship with the Black Sovereign, which allows him greater freedom to explore the country.1 He remained in Starfall after most of his Technic League colleagues fled or were killed, and now seeks to eradicate his former League rivals.2
