Kuvyno
Kuvyno is a city of Dagon-worshipping devilfish that lies near the centre of the Ivory Sea.1
Geography
Kuvyno is built from sharp coral, bones, and rocks. At its centre is a hydrothermal vent, around which the devilfish built their Temple of Dagon.1
Government
Kuvyno is ruled by the bloodrager Unthon, a sadistic and bloodthirsty fanatic even by his race's standards. He collects all kinds of small baubles, believes them to be some sort of omen, and arranges them in various formations to divine Dagon's will to better fulfil his duties.1
People
The residents of Kuvyno hide in the darkness far from the surface. When Unthon divines that the time is ripe for a sacrifice, they spread out, seize intelligent prisoners, bring them back to Kuvyno, and boil them alive in the Temple of Dagon after long, brutal rites. No kraken currently lives in the Ivory Sea, but the devilfish believe they can attract one with enough sacrifices.1
