Loskialua is the only city on the Castrovelian continent of Ukulam. It was founded by astronomer elves called Oatia who wished to have a peaceful place to watch and record the stars.

Geography

Loskialua is a small city that deceptively looks under construction due to a recent boom in production after the completion of flying gondolas, called light-line gondolas, to transport building materials more efficiently.

Religion

The native Oatia elves of Loskialua are passionate followers of Desna and plan to turn a small local Desnan shrine into a large temple and observatory dedicated to her.
