Loskialua is the only city on the Castrovelian continent of Ukulam. It was founded by astronomer elves called Oatia who wished to have a peaceful place to watch and record the stars.

Geography

As of 4723 AR, Loskialua was a small city of pyramids that deceptively looked under construction due to a recent boom in production after the completion of flying gondolas, called light-line gondolas, to transport building materials more efficiently. The gondolas extended to a quarry of celernium mined by large constructs.

Religion

The native Oatia elves of Loskialua are passionate followers of Desna and plan to turn a small local Desnan shrine atop the nearby Alhuenar Spire into a large temple and observatory dedicated to her.

People

Loskialua's residents wear large amounts of jewelry, all of which include astrological and astronomical motifs.
