A mantle of lordly command is a magical cloak first created by the mages of the ancient Thassilonian realm of Cyrusian. It is made of gold and silver cloth and decorated with numerous gems that appear to change in type and cut at each viewing. The enchantment makes the wearer always appear to be well-groomed, uninjured, and calm, which greatly increases their ability to influence others.

Once per day, the user can yell a single word which can be heard hundreds of feet away and harms and deafens anyone or anything in its path. If one of five command words are spoken (approach, drop, fall, flee, or halt), all weak-willed creatures within 25 feet will attempt to obey. This ability duplicates that of a command spell.1
