Lady Miranda Dacilane is a human noblewoman of Chelaxian1 heritage living in the Ivy District of Absalom. Her son, J Dacilane, attended the Tri-Towers Yard in the city's Beldrin's Bluff quarter, but was caught in the school's destruction during the terrible earthquake of 4698 AR.23

After Pathfinders rescued J in 4708 AR and found that he had been preserved in an unaging stasis,4 Lady Miranda funded all Pathfinder Society expeditions into the Drownyard necropolis where they had found J.53 She also funded the purification of part of the Drownyard to serve as a memorial to the children killed in the Yard during the earthquake.5

Relatives

J Dacilane is Lady Miranda's only child.3

Background

Lady Miranda's past is the subject of multiple salacious rumors in Absalom, including suggestions that she bore a child from an affair with a disgraced Chelaxian noble or is a spy for Taldor.3

Possessions

Lady Miranda's estate, Dacilane Manor, is a four-story home located in Absalom's Ivy District.6
