Nyrinda Shraen is one of the few drow1 of House Shraen who survived the ancient exodus out of Zirnakaynin and into the Orvian vault of the Black Desert. As with all survivors of House Shraen, Nyrinda is undead, an ancient and powerful vampire. Currently one of the ruling members of House Shraen, Nyrinda resides in the central pyramid of Shraen and is in charge of destroying or driving out the urdefhan who have come to inhabit the Black Desert.2
