Ogolomae is the leader of a tribe of cecaelia who inhabit the roiling surf around the waterfall of Cecaelia Swirl on the Besmara's Throne island in the Shackles. She is a priest of Besmara and is guarded by a group of skilled rangers who attack anyone who is not a devout worshiper of the goddess.
