Opongwe

Once the smallest flying city in the Shory Empire, Opongwe was evacuated when an ancient blue dragon named Maufestalene assaulted it in -598 AR.

The city did not fall completely, and for some unknown time remained in the sky above Thuvia surrounded by a shantytown of flying platforms. Its survivors attempted to rebuild around the still-airborne Aeromantic Infadibulum, but ultimately lacked the resources.
