Ozalon

Ozalons are azarketis who dwell in the tropical seas that run parallel to the continent of Garund.

Appearance

Ozalons are renowned for having larger, more beautiful and decorative head fins that most other azarketi heritages. Ozalons normally wear little beyond seaweed skirts, though they usually decorate their outfits with bracelets and anklets of coral and shell.

Culture

Ozalons live across the Fever Sea and the more tropical southern reaches of the Arcadian Ocean, where they make their homes amongst the coral reefs and green seaweed forests. Ozalons regularly venture out of their aquatic homes and onto the shoreline to gather food and other resources from the land. They just as often venture only as far as the beach since they adore spending time sunbathing.

Ozalons possess a great knowledge of poisons and toxins which they harvest from the region's various venomous sub-aquatic creatures. They have also developed a great knowledge of the unpredictable weather of the tropics that allows them to predict conditions in a manner that appears almost mystical to outsiders.
