The Passages of Nex are people resembling those killed by the archmage Nex who appear across the nation of Nex and claim to speak on their killer's behalf. Most originate from the Well of Lies, a dungeon in western Nex, though as of 4723 AR a growing number have begun emerging from doorways that lead to the Refuge of Nex.

Passages claim Nex's return to his nation will be its end. The Bandesharite hunt Passages despite their reverence among Nex's populace.
