Surat Prakan
Ramparassad
Surat Prakan (pronounced sue-RA-ht pra-KHAN)1 is the traditional capital of Tang Mai,2 home of its ruling kamraten and their Cinnamon Throne, and is the Tian Xia nation's largest city.3
Geography
Surat Prakan is inland, located at the foot of the active volcano Pho Yim in the eastern Kullan Dei mountains and near the border with Xa Hoi.34
Government
Surat Prakan is home to Tang Mai's ruling council and its supreme leader, the kamraten. Surat Prakan, and all of Tang Mai, are dependent on a strict adherence to the unwritten, informal constitution of the land which fosters harmony by creating a mutual dependence between the various lords of the city and the wider lands.3
