Rhenmari Thot is a worm that walks who makes his lair in the ghoul city of Nemret Noktoria. In life, he was welcomed as an ally by the scholarly ghouls due to his single-minded research of their magic. Unlike most worms that walk, Thot thoroughly planned his death and transformation into a worm that walks, and succeeded. One of the experiments that he currently conducts in his laboratory involves an elixir that could transform living victims into worms that walk.
