The cleric and paladin spell sacred space sanctifies a small area with heavenly power for a limited time. It empowers good spells and spell-like abilities, adds to the power of channeled energy that harms undead, and weakens evil outsiders. Its effects are doubled if cast on an altar, shrine, or other permanent fixture of the caster's good deity.
