Scrollspire
The Scrollspire is a magical university located in the Thuvian city of Pashow. It is built upon the entrance of a library-well that dates back to the ancient Tekritanin League.12 The school is also a temple to Nethys2 and shelters Pashow's inhabitants during raids by the Water Lords.1
Scholars of the Scrollspire research elemental magic and agricultural methods, and its magical curricula on those subjects are nationally renowned. The school sends expeditions of students into the Tekritanin-era ruins to recover ancient magical works for deciphering, research, and cataloguing.2
