Sefu is an Absalomi member of the Wave Riders, the city's hippocampus-riding sea cavalry. He and his gillman brother-in-arms Olmas dealt with a false prophet named Domitian recently, who had tricked his sister Leyli into becoming one of his disciples.

Background

Sefu spent a good deal of his youth in the Irorium of Absalom, where he became a competent combatant. He won enough matches to earn a bronze pin before joining the Wave Riders.
