Shen Ra is a mysterious, divine sky dragon sage who watches over and protects the Five Dragon Throne in Po Li. Living above the clouds, they fly down to torch anyone who sits on the throne that they deem unworthy of being emperor. Multiple emperor-hopefuls have tried throughout history, the latest of which was an attempt by Po Li's Oracular Council to implement a puppet emperor in response to rumors that the Eternal Emperor may be returning in the rival Successor State of Lingshen. Much like all the others, this attempt ended with Shen Ra's wrath reducing the pawn to ash.
