Silthundus is a powerful charda cleric of Orgesh who has long been imprisoned under the Caltherium, the largest lake in the Land of Black Blood, before being recently awakened by a cabal of Whispering Way necromancers. She has enslaved the necromancers and turned them into guides to invade the surface, establish a cult of Orgesh, and infect a body of water with black blood, in the hope of bringing Orgesh back to this reality.
