Supreme Vicar

The Supreme Vicar is an elected, ecclesiastical position in the Andoren government chosen by the People's Council, the nation's legislative body. The Supreme Vicar holds actual worldly and spiritual authority, but mainly advises the Supreme Elect on religious matters.12
