Bloodcove as the only bastion of civilisation on the Fever Sea? The place isn't very civilised, not much better than Port Peril in the Shackles, and I'd argue Eleder in Sargava is much more civilised (of course, not sure whether the Fever Sea extends that far!)

I agree. These are the types of judgment calls that you can make on your own when editing an article. In general, though, absolutes are discouraged, as the addition of a single line of text in a sourcebook a decade from now could make it invalid and we'd never catch it. But as you're editing, should you come across something that could be worded better, feel free to change it, as long as you aren't changing it to something that is either false or verifiable from a completely different source (in which case you'd just need to add a citation to the change). -- yoda8myhead 00:21, 9 July 2009 (UTC)
