Navbox problem

Having two navbox templates on this page prevents either from expanding as directed in the code. Any ideas? --Fleanetha (talk) 15:23, 3 December 2012 (UTC)

Hello Brandingopportunity. I have moved this question to the Forum as it seems a common problem not a specific one to this page but, in essence, the new navboxes allow the selection of a subsection for expansion. If you look at the code for this page, I have coded the following:

Neither of these expansions works. Remove one of the navboxes and the expansion then occurs correctly. Well...that's what happens for me - do you actually see the expansions working correctly? --Fleanetha (talk) 21:56, 3 December 2012 (UTC)

I see them the way you describe, Fleanetha. My guess is the parameters contaminate each other somehow, but the template is complex enough I can't see it. Wikipedia uses an even more complex version, but it seems to work properly. --FoiledAgain (talk) 22:07, 3 December 2012 (UTC)

It's not how they behave when you click show/hide, it's how the page loads. Given the lines posted above and on the page itself, the Varisia box should be open to the Minor Settlements section and the Magnimar box open to the Holdings section without any user intervention. --FoiledAgain (talk) 00:43, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
