Controversial (RESOLVED)

I know the use of this term in an "in-world" sense may be controversial to some, but I have been seeing it more and more in this context in Paizo's publications. The Inner Sea World Guide is full of them. --Brandingopportunity 06:16, 13 March 2011 (UTC)Reply[reply]

James Jacobs has kicked over this ants' nest again wrt 2E. Not sure what to do with this article as a result. We can't kill it because of all the 1E canon content but there's no longer a canon equivalent term unless we adopt "otherplanar creatures" based on an "I suppose we'd just" statement in an offhand forum post. -Oznogon (talk) 01:16, 18 October 2019 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Flagged as 1E content, flagged death details as legacy since they're canon citations but no longer fully consistent with 2E descriptions, split Outer Sphere from Great Beyond and added an Inhabitants section to it to collect fiend/celestial/monitor and their common properties, and created Meta:Outsider. -Oznogon (talk) 19:47, 15 April 2025 (UTC)Reply[reply]
