Settlement?

Between Lords of Rust establishing the presence of a non-negligible "civilian" populace alongside the gangs and "Ecology of the Clockwork" in The Flooded Cathedral terming it a "junkyard town", might it be fitting for the wiki to treat Scrapwall as a settlement despite Numeria, Land of Fallen Stars describing it as "not a proper settlement"? Flooded Cathedral is a newer source of the same canon importance, so if it describes it as a settlement, you can describe it as a settlement and cite that as a source. (And, ideally, also note that Numeria, Land of Fallen Stars describes it as not being a settlement, either as a difference of opinion or as context for an in-universe change in canon.) -Oznogon (talk) 23:26, 11 September 2024 (UTC)
