Raising of the Starstone
Mythic Realms 16 describes Aroden raising the Starstone from the Inner Sea, then taking the Test of the Starstone. GM Core reverses the order of these events. GM Core is the higher-tier and newer source and takes precedence per the canon policy.
However, this also results in several additional statements in the Starstone chapter of Mythic Realms about the nature, design, and rationale for the test to be inconsistent in canon; the canon state of these assertions is unknown. -Oznogon (talk) 16:01, 8 May 2024 (UTC)
Name of Earthfall object
Published works conflict on the name of the object that struck Golarion in Earthfall.
Many works refer to the object itself as the Starstone. In Divine Mysteries, the object is named the Aeon Star, and the Starstone is one of many shards of the Aeon Star.
PathfinderWiki follows the usage in Divine Mysteries, the most recent source of the highest canon tier, of "Aeon Star" for the object that shattered and struck Golarion, and of "Starstone" for the shard of that object that landed in the Inner Sea. -Oznogon (talk) 05:15, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
