Taram-4 is a kolyarut that went rogue after seeing that too many targets were not malicious, merely desperate or taken advantage of, and becoming convinced that Axis' law does not equal justice. Taram-4 now accepts requests to destroy abusive contracts, particularly infernal ones, from anyone that can pay.
