Targariv

Targariv is a young crypt dragon, a follower of Pharasma, who has come to Golarion to investigate the planar ripples caused by Tar-Baphon as he struggled against his chains. He has become interested in the witchgates; he suspects that their power comes from tangled ley lines, and seeks to dismantle them to weaken Tar-Baphon.¹
