Proposal (IMPLEMENTED)

I propose updating {{Stub}} to use the standard {{Notice}} template, and when it is used to flag a full article that has a Meta page to also link to it. I've created {{Stub/New}} to solicit feedback. For an example usage, see Aaren Gaulder. -Oznogon (talk) 22:47, 11 February 2025 (UTC)
