Thulraga
Thulraga is a high priestess of Urgathoa who dwells in the Boneglutton Pit, in the Precipice Quarter of Absalom.1
Associates
During her time travelling the Inner Sea region, Thulraga has recruited a cult of Urgathoa consisting of ghouls from all kinds of cultures. These ghouls now live with her in the Boneglutton Pit, unknown by most surface dwellers, with the exception of the occasional band of adventurers, which suits Thulraga fine. She has opened contact with other powerful undead in Absalom, and has established a preliminary pact with the lich Pasharran.1
Background
Millennia ago, when she was still a living human, Thulraga once dwelt in the sewers of Vyre. Some time after becoming a ghoul, she left Vyre to travel the Inner Sea region and the Darklands. She has since grown fond of Absalom, and has turned her eyes toward the Starstone and its test.1
