Tiktakara is a penanggalen who has made her lair in the woodlands outside the town of Robu in the Ushinawa Isles in the Shackles. She entertains herself by tormenting the citizens and turning the women into subservient manananggals. Lord of Robu, Kensai Hikarogawa, searches for brave adventurers to rid the town of this menace.
