Robu is a small town on the second largest island of the Ushinawa Isles in the Shackles.
The residents of Robu have done their best to eradicate the obscene reminders of its earlier Ghol-Gan occupants. A native evil, the penanggalan named Tiktakara, has laired in the woodlands outside of Robu and entertains herself by tormenting the town's residents and converting its women into subservient manananggals. The Lord of Robu, Kensai Hikarogawa, offers a bounty to any adventurers who can rid the town of this menace.1
