Variska Slovrini is an Iobarian mercenary who was captured and imprisoned by the Krogmots, the wikkawak tribe that occupies the Mendevian Icerift Castle. She managed to escape and hide in one of the unused upper floors of one tower, where she began planning her escape. Unfortunately, the only foodstuff that she was able to steal from the wikkawaks was human flesh. Her cannibalism and isolation has caused her to succumb to wendigo psychosis, and she now attacks and tries to eat anyone she encounters.
