Warpglass

Warpglass is a physical material made from the metaphysical quintessence of the Maelstrom. Inherently chaotic like the quintessence from which it is formed, warpglass can be fashioned into certain items and weapons but is too unstable to craft armor or shields.

Appearance

Raw warpglass resembles opalescent glass but is much stronger than mundane glass. It can be worked into shapes, and when worked its superficial appearance changes to resemble striations of other minerals and metals.

Few known items employ warpglass, such as the magical Cane of the Maelstrom.
