Wilbur Young is one of the two adventurous sailors who run Jexler & Young Salvage Company and Deep Sea Exploration and Retrieval along with Darg Jexler. Wilbur has now settled down into a quieter life in the bustling dockside of Katapesh, though he still ventures out on the Iron Mermaid to help with salvage operations, as well as escorting the occasional tourist on "treasure hunts" beneath the sea. He also helps create some of the minor magic items that are for sale to adventurers. These items assist in underwater explorations, and include potions that allow underwater breathing, to spears, tridents, and underwater crossbows.
