Winghammer
The Winghammer district of the city of Algidheart, capital of the Irriseni province of Bleakmarch, is home to the oldest Jadwiga families of the city.1 It is the most westerly of the Soaring Districts; further west still from Winghammer is Low Winghammer, a slum district.2
Lady Riina Morgannan, Mistress of the Hanging Markets lives in Winghammer district.1
