Ankhazu was the founding priestess of the cult of Lamashtu in Katapesh. The Bitch-Queen is now a ghost and remains in charge of the temple due to dominating the will of Ukrammak, who is nominally the current high priestess. Her appearance is that of a human with kholo1 facial features and claws, a scarred belly and blackened wings.2
