Aspexia Wintrish is the changeling daughter of the Mother of Flies and co-leader of the Council of Thieves. She has been fascinated with the Arodenite saints who founded Westcrown her entire life, and her communion with them fuels the Council's mastery of Westcrown and arms its agents with occult tricks. Her talent for turning rivals into allies, like that of her namesake Aspex the Even-Tongued, has played a significant role in the Council's resurgence. She finds her mother disgusting, and feels compelled to seek her out.
