Curtagiak is the leader of a devil band dwelling in the lower levels of the ruins of Rachikan. As of 4715 AR these devils were locked in a years-long power struggle against morlocks led by the shaman Garpesfek. The morlocks had previously killed Curtagiak's fellow horned devil commander.
