Disruptive transfer is a teleportation spell that was developed at an unspecified point between 4720 and 4725 AR by Venorium Blorm, a student at the Arcanamirium in Absalom. Learning and casting this spell requires the user to know Blorm's teleportation formulas. When cast, the spell teleports the user to a spot they can see that they could reach through a more mundane form of movement. Anyone next to the caster would see an overlapping view of the caster's destination, and could find themselves dazzled by the sight.
