Finishing Knot

The Finishing Knot is a tapestry located in Avernus, the first layer of Hell, and serves as the lair of Eaqueo, the infernal duke of depression, nooses, and sad tales. The tapestry depicts countless suicides and is so large in size and scope that it also serves as the physical home to the infernal duke. A pool lined with soaked ropes and braiding harbours a secret portal at the Finishing Knot's base that links it with the Boiling Well in the abandoned town of Scrawny Crossing in the River Kingdoms.
