Govostes was a babau torturer in the service of the powerful hezrou Lalizarzadeh in the Worldwound city of Storasta. He lived for decades on Golarion and got particularly fond of the screams of Mendevian Crusaders, especially paladins and clerics of Iomedae. His services were in such demand that he rarely left the court of Lalizarzadeh. Since the closing of the Worldwound at the end of the Fifth Mendevian Crusade in 4718 AR, his current fate remains unknown.
